Searching
You can search for products here in two ways, either by
product type (Radios, Scanners, Aerials etc), or by product manafacturer
(Sirio, Zetagi etc).
In addition, you can click on the category listing on the
right

Ordering
Ordering is of course online. You browse the shop, adding
items to your electronic shopping cart. When you have finished ordering,
click on the checkout icon and you can enter your payment details, credit
card number etc..

Items
Each item in the store is shown with a brief description
and our factory direct price (includes VAT@17.5%). The only extra is postage
& packing and insurance which is added at the checkout.
You can usually click on a product image or the "more
info" icon to get more detail about the product you are interested
in.

The entire checkout process is fast, convenient and most
of all SECURE. We use state of the art 128 bit encryption
SSL techniques (used by major internet shopping systems like Amazon etc). For

Phone orders are usually despatched within 24 hours subject
to stock availability. Online orders may take longer as we have to carry
out security checks on these.
Please note that with online orders, goods can only be
sent to the Cardholders registered address and will require a signature
on delivery.
